AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS

Clément Baudet built and operates the mobile application Odoa (“The Service” or “The App”).

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Clément Baudet. You agree that by accessing the Services, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

1. OUR SERVICES

The App provides a service for organizing and cleaning your device’s camera roll through a simple swipe interface. All photo processing is performed locally on your device. Some features may require a paid subscription processed through RevenueCat.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Clément Baudet and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

3. USER REPRESENTATIONS

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that: (1) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Legal Terms; (2) you are at least 18 years old; (3) you will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

We accept payments through RevenueCat’s payment processing system. By making a purchase, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. All payments shall be in the currency specified at the time of purchase.

Cancellation and Refunds

All purchases are subject to Apple’s standard refund policies. For subscription cancellations or refund requests, please contact Apple Support through the App Store.

5. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You agree not to:

• Use the Services in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Services
• Attempt to bypass any measures of the Services designed to prevent or restrict access to the Services
• Use any automated system to access the Services
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in the Services

6. DISCLAIMER

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL CLÉMENT BAUDET BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These Legal Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Rennes, France, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
